For established FMCG distributors with retail and wholesale reach in our priority markets — we offer country-level or regional exclusivity on the LA NONNA range, written terms, and the trade infrastructure to back them up.

What Maark provides

Supply, support and protection.

  • Territory exclusivity on LA NONNA — country or regional, defined in writing.
  • Volume-tiered pricing across the range. Better unit economics as the relationship scales.
  • Marketing assets — print-ready POSM, in-store materials, photography for distributor websites.
  • Trade finance support — L/C accepted on contracts above USD 50,000. Partial credit terms after first three clean shipments.
  • Document pack with every shipment — invoice, packing list, BL, CO, HALAL, phytosanitary.
  • One named account lead — direct line, written quotes, phone picked up.
  • OEM option — distributors who want their own label have first call on private-label runs.
What we expect from you

Volume, reach, and clean operations.

  • Annual volume commitment — written into the contract. Not aspirational. Real numbers.
  • Established retail and wholesale network in the territory you're applying for.
  • In-country warehousing and logistics — own or contracted, capable of holding 1–2 containers in rotation.
  • Customs clearance capability and familiarity with local FMCG regulatory compliance.
  • Marketing investment — even a modest in-market activation budget. We provide the assets, you put them in front of buyers.
  • Category exclusivity to Maark — for the SKUs we cover, we're your supplier for the term.
  • Clean payment record — first three shipments paid on terms, on time. Standard for any trade relationship.
Qualification criteria

Four signals we look at first.

The application form below collects more detail. These are the four signals that move an application to the top of the review queue.

Years in FMCG distribution

3+ years minimum. Distribution is a relationship business — the longer you've held retailer relationships, the better the fit.

Annual volume commitment

USD 100,000+ minimum for territory exclusivity. Smaller distributors welcome on non-exclusive terms.

Retail reach in the territory

Wholesalers, modern trade, traditional trade — at least one channel covered with verified retailer relationships.

04

Operational maturity

Warehouse, logistics partner, customs clearance capability, working capital to fund first L/C or advance.

From application to first shipment

Four steps. Roughly six to ten weeks from start to vessel ETD.

We don't drag out distributor onboarding. The longest part is usually the buyer's side — internal approvals, credit setup, customs clearance pre-registration. From our side, you'll get a written response within 10–14 days of a complete application.

We respond in writing

Either a yes (with proposed terms), a no (with the reason), or a request for more detail. No silent rejections.

03 — Contract

Distributor agreement signed

Territory, volume targets, pricing, exclusivity term, marketing support. Reviewed by both legal teams.

2–3 weeks
04 — First shipment

PO confirmed, container loaded

First PO confirmed, advance received, production scheduled, container loaded at Jebel Ali, document pack delivered.

3–5 weeks
