Your label, your formula, our supply chain.
For distributors and importers ready to put their own brand on the shelf — without taking on a factory, a quality team, or an export desk. Maark handles sourcing, production oversight, certification, packaging, and shipping. You handle the brand and the market.
Three OEM scopes, depending on how far you want to go.
Most distributors start at scope 1 with a single SKU on existing formulation, then expand into a range. Each scope assumes you bring the brand and the market — we bring the supply chain.
Scope 1 — Existing formula, your label
Fastest route to market. We use a stocked formulation, you supply artwork and brand requirements. Same shelf life, same certs, your brand on the can.
- Minimum: 3 × 20ft per SKU
- Lead time: 8–10 weeks
- You supply: print-ready artwork, SKU naming
Scope 2 — Custom formulation
Adjust the brine ratio, change the cut, modify the syrup density, swap the tomato origin. We work with the facility on a custom spec, you sign off on a sample shipment before the production run.
- Minimum: 3 × 20ft per SKU (often 5+)
- Lead time: 12–16 weeks
- You supply: spec brief, target market, taste reference
Scope 3 — Full distributor brand
Multi-SKU range under one new brand. We handle brand-naming consultation if needed, brand book development with our designers, complete artwork system across all SKUs, and consolidated shipping.
- Minimum: 6+ SKUs across 2+ categories
- Lead time: 16–20 weeks for first run
- You supply: market positioning, target retail price points
From brief to vessel ETD — five steps, in writing.
Documented at every stage. Sign-off required before each step closes — no surprises at production, no scope creep, no "this isn't what we agreed."

You share what you want — category, format, target market, retail price expectation. We respond with a feasibility note and a draft spec sheet.
Quote & sample

Artwork & approval
You submit print-ready artwork or we produce it through our design team. Pre-press proof signed off in writing before plates are cut.

Where Maark steps in, and where you stay.
The boundary is clean: we cover everything from sourcing to vessel ETD. You cover the brand, in-market customs clearance, local distribution, and retail activation.

What you cover
- Brand Brand name, positioning, market strategy. We can support with brand consultation under Scope 3, but the brand is yours.
- Customs clearance In-market customs clearance, duties, and local compliance. We supply the document pack you need.
- Local labelling Country-specific compliance (e.g., Arabic-language labels for KSA, French labels for francophone Africa) is included in the artwork phase, but local regulatory approval is on you.
- Distribution & retail Warehousing in-market, distribution to retail, retail activation, marketing.
Four types of buyer we typically work with.
If you recognise yourself in one of these, you're in the right place. If not, we'll be honest about whether OEM is the right route for your business.
Established distributors with retail reach
You already move volume on imported brands. You want margin protection by introducing your own label. Scope 1 is usually the right starting point.
Importers expanding into private label
You import for retailers and want to add a private-label SKU range. We can run the OEM line in parallel with our LA NONNA stock SKUs.
New entrants with a market opportunity
You see a gap in the local FMCG market and want to launch a brand without setting up production. Scope 3 with brand consultation gets you to first run in 16–20 weeks.
Foodservice operators (restaurant chains, hotels)
You want consistent foodservice formats — 2.5kg pizza sauce, 3.6L mayonnaise pails, 3kg pineapple slices. Often single-category, single-format, repeat ordering.
